I’m the Principal of Redline Management, based in Cowichan Bay, BC. I work with organizations to strengthen leadership, improve how things run day‑to‑day, and support teams through change. A big part of my work includes software implementation and training, helping people feel confident using new systems instead of overwhelmed by them.
