About the Event
CWBN invites you to our April event, Better Together.
Our Guest Speaker
Dr. Deb Heald, ND. will explore how hormones, stress, and daily demands intersect in women’s lives, especially for those balancing work, business, and family. You'll walk away with a deeper understanding of your own body, a hormone informed perspective (especially for those in peri menopause and menopause), of stress and burnout, and realistic strategies you can apply right away. The focus is on clarity, self trust, and sustainable wellness that supports both personal health and professional life.

To make the evening extra special, our theme inspires you to wear anything with animal print (think cheetah print!) 🐆. As always, the theme is optional, and you can wear whatever you like. We encourage you to wear something that makes you feel fabulous!
This Month's Giving Back
This month, we'll be supporting the local non-profit, Cowichan Women Against Violence. You can help support them by bringing items from their list below or participating in our 50/50 draw (tap only).
They are specifically looking for:
New socks and underwear (women’s XXS–XXL, new with tags or in packaging)
Toiletries (full-size and travel-size)
Rain gear (ponchos, waterproof items)
Shoes (running shoes, waterproof footwear, athletic sandals) in good used condition
