About the Event

CWBN invites you to our March event, Bloom into Alignment.

Our Guest Speaker

Amy Reedman, of The Blending Bar, will explore burnout and why most advice, like trying to improve our work-life balance, setting better boundaries, or managing our time more efficiently isn't working. If productivity hacks were the solution, burnout wouldn’t still be so common. Burnout often happens when we become disconnected from what matters most while trying to keep up with everything else. In this experiential workshop, you’ll explore why relying on motivation and willpower eventually leads to exhaustion and self-criticism. Drawing on neuroscience and nervous system awareness, you’ll discover how reconnecting with your core values can restore clarity, energy, and a sense of alignment. You’ll leave with practical insights to help you move forward with more vitality in both life and business.

Your Ticket Includes

  • A beautifully prepared buffet dinner (Please email us at info@cwbn.ca to let us know if you are gluten free, dairy free, vegan or have other allergies that the kitchen needs to be aware of.)

  • Engaging networking opportunities

  • Inspiring words from our guest speaker: Why Productivity Hacks Aren’t Working

Event Theme

To make the evening extra special, our theme inspires you to wear floral prints and blossoms ❤️. As always, the theme is optional, and you can wear whatever you like. We encourage you to wear something that makes you feel fabulous!
