CWBN invites you to our October event, Glow Getter, where we will hear from Ingrid Vaughan, founder of the highly successful Smart Leadership Academy and a Certified Reinvention Consultant.

With over 20 years' experience in senior HR roles, she brings a depth of understanding and insight on the challenges business leaders face with leading their teams in a disruptive environment. As a Reinvention Consultant she helps leaders understand what’s changing, why their current approach isn’t working and how to build what’s next. Through training, coaching and strategic business reinvention consulting, Ingrid offers clarity, direction and hope for the future.

To make the evening extra special, our theme is Metallic (wear anything shiny and/or metallic). As always, the theme is optional, and you can wear whatever you like. We encourage you to wear something that makes you feel fabulous!

Dessert Sponsor

Do you know someone with a bakery or catering company who might like the opportunity to showcase their products at our event? The dessert sponsor provides a sweet treat for 60-80 attendees and includes an opportunity to address the room, sharing about their products and business, as well as mentions on our social media and a feature in our slideshow! This Month's Giving Back

This month, we'll be supporting the local non-profit, Cowichan Intercultural Society. 

They have two clients expecting babies soon! They are looking for baby items (one is a boy and the other we don't know)

Items you can help with:

• crib

• bassinet

• clothes

• accessories, etc

You can also help support them by participating in our 50/50 draw (tap only).
