How It Works
After arrival and mingling, we’ll introduce the evening and then move into:
✨ Three Intentional Rounds of Connection
Small pods of 4–6 participants
15 minutes per round
Thoughtful prompt questions provided
Equal 2-minute sharing time per person
Gentle facilitation and built-in timing
5-minute refresh/reset break between rounds
New pod for each round
This format ensures meaningful airtime, deeper listening, and authentic connection.
