About the Event
CWBN invites you to our February event, The Business of Loving Yourself.
Our Guest Speaker
Stephanie Denny, of Change Fitness, will explore the Pillars of Health and how using movement, nourishment, rest, stress, and relationships as anchors creates space to reflect, clarify priorities, and set intentional, realistic goals that support work, health and life demands. The focus will be on awareness, compassion, and choosing small, meaningful actions that genuinely support wellbeing. This is an invitation to reconnect with what matters, and to care for our health in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and human - even when life is full. Bring your journals and pens as we will be putting pen to paper and building out an action plan for implementing these life changes!

To make the evening extra special, our theme inspires you to wear the colours pink and/or red in celebration of self love ❤️. As always, the theme is optional, and you can wear whatever you like. We encourage you to wear something that makes you feel fabulous!
This Month's Giving Back
This month, we'll be supporting the local non-profit, Cowichan Intercultural Society. They are specifically looking for gently used women's clothing (not undergarments), a small dining table, and 2 sewing machines. If you are able to donate a table or sewing machines, please email us directly to confirm. There will also be opportunities to support them with a 50/50 draw (tap only).
